Neosho Arts Council manages two gallery spaces in Neosho, MO.
The Big Spring Gallery is located inside the Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce and features 5 walls for hanging art (108 linear feet) with a dedicated hanging system and lights. Art is displayed in the main entrance hall plus two actively used conference rooms. The space is open daily to the public during normal business hours.
The Dogwood Gallery is located inside Southwest Missouri Bank on Neosho Boulevard. The bank has 1 wall for hanging art with dedicated hanging system and lights plus a special area for easels. These areas are located in the main lobby of the bank. The space is open daily to the public during normal business hours.
These spaces are designed to show and sell art by local and regional artists ranging from student to emerging to professional.
No commission or rental fee is charged! This is made possible thanks to support from area businesses and our Circle of Patron Members.
Shows run for 2 months and are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
After being notified and a show scheduled artists will arrange a time to drop off art. Neosho Arts Council will hang the show for you. Artists will need to provide title cards for each work. Artist will send via email in text form only and in advance an artist statement and biography that is no more than one page long for display. No additional signs will be displayed.

- We accept applications for 2D and 3D works. (We do have a limited number of pedestals.)
- All work must be ready to display including wires for hanging 2D works.
- Applications must be of original work, completed in the last three years.
- If an artist wishes to include giclees they will need prior approval. No more than 20% of the exhibit can be giclees.
- Works are encouraged to be for sale but that is not required.
- Artists and curators may apply with group exhibition proposals. Submit one form with a primary contact and list all participating artists in the submission form details.
- Artists must be 18 years of age or older.
