Accepting Vendor Applications
ArtCon@Home is slated for the
weekend of February 13, 2021
Why not have ArtCon in person?
Simple, we are placing the safety of our volunteers, artists, vendors, guests, and community as a top priority. This choice was not made without deep consideration to event quality. We know it won't be the same but we do have a great event being planned and hope you will join in the fun from the safety of your home! Remember ArtCon is Neosho Arts Council's biggest fundraiser of the year. We were fortunate to have held our 2020 event before the world ended but donations have been down for most of 2020 and we have tapped into reserve money to keep bringing great programming to our patrons virtually. While we don't expect this to be a big fundraiser (donations always accepted!) we are hopeful that it helps our artists and vendors to make sales and to bring the fun and escape of ArtCon to attendees homes.
How will ArtCon@Home be presented?
First will we be using streaming platforms for panels, workshops, and games.
We will be using Eventeny as the Artist Alley and Vendor Room. While Neosho Arts Council never takes a commission on ArtCon sales...Eventeny does have fees (on sales only). We are very sorry about that but the upside is a pretty sweet virtual booth instead of a lame link on our website.

We want your booth to be as unique as possible still.
We have a full slate of advertising set up for the event and will be doing lots of Artist Alley and Vendor Room spotlights....we want to help you get some sales!
Advertising includes
Filling out this application does not guarantee a virtual booth.
All applications will be reviewed and notification of acceptance within one week of receipt.
All accepted applications will need to pay booth fee by December 31, 2020.
Booths will be on Eventeny and you are responsible to creation of that page and account
Booth Fee is $10 (This helps make advertising possible! We are a non-profit)
Set up will be available:
Whenever you want because it's virtual! But we do ask that all "booths" be ready by February 6 (you can add more product after this date but please have a majority done for testing of the site.) Full details will be in acceptance letter.

- You set up your own page with as few or as many items for sell as you like
- Buyers can use the search feature to find specific products or interests
- Once you have an Eventeny set up (which is free to do) you can reuse that page for other cons! (work, done.)

- The sale of real weapons is prohibited. (Seriously!)
- The sale of food/drink/candy is prohibited.
- You may not display material deemed offensive or inappropriate. (For example we understand there is a difference between nude art and porn...no porn...this is an all ages, family event ok? Cool beans.)
