Vendor Set Up Information

Please arrive at the back entrance and check in at the Vendor Check In Table to receive welcome pack,
badges, and booth location before you start unloading!

At any point during the event if you need anything...get lost on your way, need law enforcement at your booth, or just need a booth watcher while you run to the restroom...call Janet at 417-592-6327. We will also be monitoring the email the night before and morning of ArtCon!

Load In Times:
Friday February 6 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Stop at the vendor check in table at the vendor only parking entrance before unloading!
Vendor check in is at the back door to Neosho Jr. High by the Vendor Parking area.
Saturday February 7 from 7:00am to 9:30am.
ArtCon opens to the public at 10:00am and all booths must be ready to go!

Load Out Times:
ArtCon ends at 5:00pm. No tear down of booths allowed before 5:00pm! Anyone who tears down early will be unable to set up at future ArtCons. Load out must be totally finished by 8:00pm. Please make sure to place trash in trash cans!

A single table and two chairs will be in each booth. If you pre - purchased extra tables they will be in the booth also.
Weather Policy:
We will hold ArtCon rain or shine....but in case of extreme weather in Neosho, MO we will contact you ASAP and alert you to the situation. In the event of total cancellation a 100% refund will be issued.

Important Things to know READ THIS!!!
- We will have a Newton County Sheriff's Deputy on hand all day if you have any problems.
- There is NO on site ATM! But we will have plenty of extra change at the main entrance if you need to change out a bill.
- You are welcome to patronize our food trucks out front and return to your booth or take a break in the Commons Area.
Bonus: DonutNV will be set up for vendors at 8:30am in case you need coffee, hot cocoa, or second breakfast. - Load In and Load Out is only available via the Vendor Parking Entrance only.
- Please wear your badge during the event.
- Don’t forget if you don’t want your lanyard, badge holder, or both just return then to the vendor check in table at end of day so we can clean and reuse next year.
- WiFi is free and available to all vendors using a device that has a browser. The log in instructions will be in your packet when you arrive. Note: the school's wifi blocks Square at all times. We can not change this. It will allow venmo and cashapp. Other payment systems might work on the wifi but be data ready!
- There are several hotels in the area that have supported ArtCon - View now.

Additional Food Truck Only Set Up Info
Please note that Food Trucks are asked to set up in front of the school (arrive via the Main ArtCon Entrance for Public on the map above). Park near the main school entrance but in the lane closest to the parking lot to keep the lane closer to the school open for emergency vehicles.
IMPORTANT: Please keep the crosswalk area open as it leads from the ADA Parking to the main entrance.
