Neosho Jr. High will host ArtCon 2025!

Neosho Arts Council wants to insure a variety of quality vendors for ArtCon. We want your booth to be as unique as possible (Who wants to be set up in a room full of people selling exactly what you are selling? Uh...No one!)
If application is approved you may request to be set up next to a friend during the payment process. We will do our best to accommodate that request.
Filling out this application does not guarantee a booth. In the event of two applications of equal quality and product, the first application received will be selected.
Booth Sizes and Prices (Add on Corner or Double Booth of Same Size available)
Large Booth - 10'x10' - $125
Medium Booth - 8'x10' - $100
Small Booth - 6'x10' - $75

Set up will be available:
Friday January 31 from 5:30 to 7:30pm (Please note we can't start marking booths til 4:00pm...like I can't walk in the door til 4:00pm but we plan to hit the marking like a SWAT Team! So bear with us on this one!)
Saturday February 1 from 7:00am to 9:30am. ArtCon opens to the public at 10:00am and all booths must be ready to go!
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Now - December 31 , 2024 receive 75% refund
Cancelling January 1 - 15, 2025 receive 50% refund
Cancelling January 16 - 20, 2025 receive 25% refund
Cancelling January 21 - February 1, 2025 receive 0% refund
Weather Policy
We will hold ArtCon rain or shine...but in the case of extreme weather in Neosho, MO we will contact you ASAP and alert you to the situation. In the event of total cancellation a 100% refund will be issued.

- The sale of real weapons is prohibited. (Seriously!)
- The sale of food/drink/candy, CBD products, and spa products is prohibited.
- You may not display material deemed offensive or inappropriate. (For example we understand there is a difference between nude art and porn...no porn...this is an all ages, family event ok? Cool beans.)

- Vendor Only parking with easy access load in
- One (1) Free Table
- Two (2) Free Badges
- Free WiFi
- Chairs (two) will be in each booth
- Extra Tables are available for $5 each
- There is NO on site ATM (Neosho Arts Council will be happy to make change for you.)
