Neosho Arts Council wants to insure a variety of quality vendors for ArtCon. We want your booth to be as unique as possible (Who wants to be set up in a room full of people selling exactly what you are selling? Uh...No one!)

If application is approved you may request to be set up next to a friend during the payment process. We will do our best to accommodate that request.

Filling out this application does not guarantee a booth. In the event of two applications of equal quality and product, the first application received will be selected.

The sale of real weapons is prohibited. (Seriously! No swords, throwing stars, guns, knifes, etc.)
- The sale of 3D printed prop weapons that are non-functioning are accepted.
The sale of food/drink/candy, CBD products, and spa products is prohibited.
The sale of live animals of any kind is prohibited.
No live art demos without prior approval.
You may not display material deemed offensive or inappropriate. (For example we understand there is a difference between nude art and porn...no porn...this is an all ages, family event ok? Cool beans.)

Booth Sizes and Prices (Add on Corner or Double Booth of Same Size available)
Large Booth - 10'x10' - $125
Medium Booth - 8'x10' - $100
Small Booth - 6'x10' - $75

All booths come with:

Vendor Only parking with easy access load in
One (1) Free Table (size: 30"' x 72")
Two (2) Free Badges
Free WiFi
Chairs (two) will be in each booth
Extra Tables are available for $5 each
There is NO on site ATM (Neosho Arts Council will be happy to make change for you.)

Set up will be available:
Friday February 5, 2027 from 6:30 to 8:30pm
(Please note we can't start marking booths til 4:00pm...like I can't walk in the door til 4:00pm but we plan to hit the marking like a SWAT Team! So bear with us on this one!)

Saturday February 6 from 7:00am to 9:30am. ArtCon opens to the public at 10:00am and all booths must be ready to go!

Artists and Vendors must check in by 9:00am or you will forfeit your booth space. No refund will be given and you will not be able to set up.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Now - December 31 , 2026 receive 75% refund
Cancelling January 1 - 15, 2027 receive 50% refund
Cancelling January 16 - 20, 2027 receive 25% refund
Cancelling January 21 - February 1, 2027 receive 0% refund

Weather Policy
We will hold ArtCon rain or shine...but in the case of extreme weather in Neosho, MO we will contact you ASAP and alert you to the situation. In the event of total cancellation a 100% refund will be issued.

I will have non-functioning 3D printed prop weapons. (All 3D printed prop weapon booth need to be set up on Friday so they can pass a safety check. We just want to make sure everyone is safe and law enforcement knows who has prop weapons at their booth.) *

The Legal Disclaimer - Please Read *

I, the Vendor, release and hold forever harmless ArtCon, Neosho Arts Council, the City of Neosho, and all associated volunteers, employees and staff from any liability for all damages to persons and properties resulting from acts of natural, loss, theft, vandalism, injury or medical emergency sustained at the convention. Furthermore: the above mentioned persons, groups, or organizations, shall be held forever harmless from any cause of action, claim or petition, filed in any court or administrative tribunal, arising out of said event, including all costs, attorneys' fees, judgments or awards. I,the vendor, agree to behave in a professional manner at all times that best represents ArtCon and Neosho Arts Council. I also understand that this includes behavior toward Convention Staff, Attendees, as well as other Volunteers; whether it be in person, telecommunications, or online in any way. These agreements cover full setup, run of the show, and tear down. I, the vendor, understand that all work done for ArtCon and Neosho Arts Council is non paid and will not hold ArtCon and Neosho Arts Council or any of its staff, affiliates, or associates liable for compensation. I understand that ArtCon and Neosho Arts Council management reserves the right to make the final interpretation of these rules. I have read and agree to the above statements.
